N° 005 — The Shape

Four shapes the system reliably learns. Most founding customers check all four.

An owner-led service business with consistent revenue.

Why it matters. We tune existing operations. We do not invent them. If the business has at least twelve months of recognizable, repeatable work, the system has something to learn.

The owner still touches customer messages today.

Why it matters. The voice we tune is the owner's. If the owner has stepped fully out of customer correspondence, the system has nothing to imitate.

A clear, repeatable offering — bespoke craft welcome.

Why it matters. Each engagement may be different; the shape of the work should be familiar. Service businesses with thirty different service codes are a great fit. Anything chaos-shaped is not.

Willing to let us draft files for tone, prices, and rules.

Why it matters. The system learns from four short files in your workspace. We draft them; you review and edit. If you would rather not share pricing or correspondence, this practice is not the right one.

Why it matters. Missed-call → SMS, Inbound SMS Reply, Review Request — the tools where Ultruxy moves the needle hardest are the ones most service businesses already half-do manually.

Team between 1 and 40 — owner-led, not committee-led.

Why it matters. Above forty staff, decisions become political and the voice splits across people. Below the owner's daily involvement, we are no longer the right firm.

Comfortable with sample-mode and a 14-day onboarding.

Why it matters. We do not flip everything on at once. The system runs in sample-mode for a week against real inbound, side-by-side with what you would have written. It is a useful exercise; it requires two evenings.
