Discovery.

Day 0 · 45 minutes

A 45-minute call. No deck. We ask about the inbox, the phone, the quote, the follow-up — the four shapes that almost always come up. We listen for what's actually breaking.

By the end of the call you have a recommended tier, a short list of the tools that ship first, and a rough sense of where the hours come back from.

If we're not the right fit, we say so on the call. If we are, the contract is in your inbox before the hour is out.

Phase N° II · Async

Voice & Rules.

Days 1 – 3 · Asynchronous

We draft your files — tone, prices, rules, context — from a short intake call and any past correspondence you share. You review and edit. We iterate until each file reads like your own.

The files are plain text. No proprietary format. They live in your workspace and you can edit them any time after launch — the system reads from the latest version on every render.

This is the work the system will refer back to for the rest of your time with us. We spend more time on it than seems reasonable.

Phase N° III · Owner-led

Sample-Mode.

Days 4 – 10 · Side-by-side

Each tool runs in sample-mode against real inbound from the past few weeks. We generate five or more renders per tool — sample replies, sample quotes, sample follow-ups — and lay them next to what you would have written.

You read each one and mark it send it, tune it, or never. We tune until your customers couldn't tell the system wrote it.

Most owners spend two evenings in sample-mode. Most also recognize the moment, somewhere on the third tool, when the drafts stop needing edits.

Phase N° IV · Async

Go-Live.

Days 11 – 14 · One tool at a time

Vendor webhooks point at our infrastructure. Tools flip on one at a time, in the order they're least likely to surprise anyone — typically inbound SMS first, then form replies, then everything else.

The owner is in the loop on every send for the first 72 hours. After that, the tools that earned trust go fully autonomous. The ones still being tuned stay staged.

By the end of day fourteen, the system is in production and the call we scheduled is on the calendar for thirty days out.

We host, monitor, and tune quarterly. New tools become available without a new contract. You can export your config and walk away at any time — your business stays yours.
